Bug Report: ChatGPT unexpected Canvas for free users
`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask for programming assistance (optional : ask to use canvas for easier bug reproductivity) as a free user

`Expected Result`

Either the feature is disabled, or the feature works completely

`Actual Result`

There's a canvas block, that cannot be focused in, and has no interaction other than zoom in zoom out

Win11, Brave Browser

It appears that now it uses it but doesn't display anything, or its an unrelated bug, but I highly doubt it.

Also it unpromptly ignored my question and decided to just attempt and re write the code I worked on apparently or something, very odd behavior, why does this even happen

Even though the system prompt has been significantly altered to make canvases work rendering GPT's answers awful, at least now canvases works
