Bug Report: ChatGPT windows app window disappears using alt+space
`Steps to Reproduce`

this issue happens when other apps are running such as chrome, when browsing , then press the short cut alt+space 3 times, the 3rd time chat window will briefly appears then quickly disappears.

`Expected Result`

the window should appear whenever short cut is pressed

`Actual Result`

the window disappear
