Bug Report: Advanced Voice interrupts itself
`Steps to Reproduce`

Use ChatGPT app with an external speaker (such as an Alexa dot) in Advanced Voice mode. Ask it a question. Listen to it talk to itself.

`Expected Result`

Should recognise its own voice and not hear itself as an interruption.

`Actual Result`

Repeatedly interrupts itself, often saying “exactly! …” and such as if I had interrupted.
