Bug Report: SearchGPT wrong response caching
`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask to find specific information, ask it to find different sources and it's going to keep returning the same sources

`Expected Result`

If I ask to find different sources, it will not return the excact same sources it already responded with

`Actual Result`

It returns, word for words, the exact same response no matter how I ask it. I can send link to convo privately
