Bug Report: Memory Updated for Teams using Windows App in Advanced Voice Mode
`Steps to Reproduce`
When I start Advanced Voice Mode using the Windows app while in my Teams workspace, it updates its memory even when that setting is explicitly turned off (especially important for my professional role).
`Expected Result`
Memory should not be updated, ever, when using a Teams workspace unless the option is expressly turned on by workspace members with adequate permissions.
`Actual Result`
Memory for the model is updated when using Advanced Voice Mode in the Windows App.

Windows app installed on Windows 11, no O365 subscription.
