Bug Report: chatgpt error
`Steps to Reproduce`

so i searched for a ideea to help on my project and chatgpt send me a document that i couldn't open and after that everything that i write it gives me a error

i hope to make it work again and acces the document

i can;t open the document and can't write anthing else
