Bug Report: Read aloud still not working after a week

`Steps to Reproduce`

Attempt to have Chatgpt 4o read aloud any message in desktop or mobile on android

`Expected Result`

Should read message aloud in chosen voice

`Actual Result`

The message is not read, "error, failed to read message"

`Environment`

Android mobile app and Opera web browser on windows 10

I noticed read aloud will read a short response but not a long response. I am having trouble with read aloud for the last week. Also, it has always struggled to read long passages, but now it will only read about 2 sentences worth anything over that it gives an era at least on the Android. Yep, it does for me.

I've also been experiencing the same issue for over a week now. On the desktop version it takes a very long time for the narration to start, but on the mobile version (I'm on Android) it doesn't work at all.

I tried deleting my app cache and data and signing in again, and even uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone, all to no avail.

Read Aloud is still not working on my Android device, a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I check it every day. Do you want to hear something crazy? I drive an enormous commercial vehicle down the interstates, and listening to ChatGPT talk helps keep me awake. Yes, I have to click one little button, but it’s quicker than flipping a blinker switch. I speak, I tap, I listen. I speak, I tap, I listen. But lately, there is no "listen," so I am literally getting tired of this.

The Read Aloud function is not working, and it's been almost two weeks since I first reported this issue. I know others have reported it as well, but it still hasn't been fixed. It’s frustrating, especially for those of us who rely on this feature for accessibility and safety. I hope OpenAI prioritizes resolving this soon.
