Bug Report: Windows App flickering on G-SYNC monitor
`Steps to Reproduce`

The ChatGPT Windows app flashes black and flickers only when it is open on a G-SYNC monitor. I have tried different NVIDIA settings (Disabling G-sync for the ChatGPT app, trying different VSYNC settings, and different refresh rate settings) with no luck.

`Expected Result`

The app should work with GSYNC turned off on the GSYNC monitor
