Bug Report: Unavailable update requiered - Windows App
`Steps to Reproduce`

Start ChatGPT on Windows (App)

`Expected Result`

The App should open or at least download an update, if you press download now

`Actual Result`

If you press download now, nothing happens and even the windows store doesn't show any update. After reinstallation, the same result.
