Bug Report: Resource usage issues with ChatGPT desktop client on Windows.
`Steps to Reproduce`

When using the advanced voice mode

`Expected Result`

The GPU usage shouldn't be this high.

`Actual Result`

The GPU usage is abnormally high. On my machine, the GPU usage reached 50%. Note: AMD graphics card

Windows11, ChatGPT desktop 1.2024.301

I got it fixed by adding the exe file to my nvidia setting to run with nvidia gpu
