Hi @urban slate. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Hmm, I don't know enough to give you a confident answer yet. The provided knowledge sources do not contain specific information on how to fix pending updates for MyGPTs. I recommend checking OpenAI's official documentation or reaching out to their support for further assistance.

The "GetDownloadLinkError" you're encountering might be due to several reasons. Here are a few possibilities based on the knowledge sources provided:

  1. File Size Limitations: All files uploaded to a GPT or a ChatGPT conversation have a hard limit of 512MB per file. Text and document files are capped at 2M tokens per file, CSV files or spreadsheets cannot exceed approximately 50MB, and images have a limit of 20MB per image. Each end-user is capped at 10GB and each organization is capped at 100GB. If these limits are exceeded, an error will be displayed (source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8983719-what-are-the-file-upload-size-restrictions)).

  2. File Type Limitations: The error might be due to the type of file you're trying to upload. For instance, a user reported issues when trying to upload .md files after already having uploaded a number of other files (source (https://community.openai.com/t/988863)).

  3. Rate Limits: If you reach a rate limit for file uploads, you will need to wait for a later time to use any of these tools with a GPT (source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8554407-gpts-faq#h_d55d1863d3)).

  4. Number of Files: OpenAI allows up to 20 files to be uploaded to a custom GPT (source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8554397-creating-a-gpt#h_dce5cab78e)).

If none of these seem to be the issue, it might be a good idea to reach out to OpenAI's support for further assistance.

The "GetDownloadLinkError" you're encountering doesn't seem to be related to file size or the number of files, given that you've only uploaded two small files. It might be related to the file type, rate limits, or it could be a technical issue.

Here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check the file type: Ensure that the file types you're trying to upload are supported by OpenAI's GPT.

  2. Check your rate limits: If you're on the Free tier, you might have hit your rate limit for file uploads. You'll need to wait until your rate limit resets (source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8554407-gpts-faq#h_d55d1863d3)).

  3. Technical issues: If none of the above seem to be the issue, it might be a technical problem on OpenAI's end. In this case, reaching out to OpenAI's support would be the best course of action.

Remember, the information provided is based on the knowledge sources given and might not cover all possible reasons for the error you're experiencing.
