`Steps to Reproduce`
Open a chat with ChatGPT.
Insert an image into the chat.
Attempt to edit or regenerate the response/prompt that was sent after the image was inserted.
Observe that the options menu for editing or regenerating the response does not appear.
`Expected Result`
After inserting an image and receiving a response, the options to edit or regenerate the prompt should be available like on mobile
`Actual Result`
The options to edit or regenerate the response are missing. The menu does not appear, making it impossible to modify the prompt after adding an image.
