Bug Report: Placeholder text remains when using IME input in the ChatGPT for macOS UI.
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open the ChatGPT for macOS.
  2. For example, you can change the input method to Japanese Input Method.
  3. Check the placeholder text "Message ChatGPT (ChatGPTにメッセージを送る)"
    Begin typing in the input field using Japanese Input Method.
`Expected Result`

Once the user starts typing with IME, the placeholder text ("Send a message to ChatGPT") should disappear immediately, as it does for direct input methods (like typing in English).

`Actual Result`

The placeholder text remains visible in the input field until the IME conversion is finalized, unlike direct input methods where the text disappears as soon as typing starts. (This issue is likely to occur with other IME-based input methods, such as Chinese and Korean, where character conversion is required before finalizing input.)
