If I start uploading from my computer it works to 60% progress. Then the upload stops and nothing happens until I leave the Upload.
After connecting a MS Onedrive it worked for few days. Today I cant start selecting in Onedrive. Screnn get light dark - nothing happens.
Does anyone have an idea to resolve the problem?
Its Pro Version...
Thanks in advance
Klaus

Hello Klaus,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading files to ChatGPT. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Check your file size: All files uploaded to a GPT or a ChatGPT conversation have a hard limit of 512MB per file. Text and document files are capped at 2M tokens per file. This limitation does not apply to spreadsheets. For images, there's a limit of 20MB per image. Also, each end-user is capped at 10GB and each organization is capped at 100GB. An error will be displayed if a user/org cap has been hit [source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8555545-file-uploads-faq#h_52e5a07158)].

  2. Check your browser extensions: Browser extensions that perform content filtering and blocking can prevent access to the file picker in the prompt window. If you are having trouble loading the file picker, please disable your browser extensions or access ChatGPT in an Incognito window [source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9309188-connected-apps-on-chatgpt#h_743283942b)].

  3. Check your network and browser settings: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, turn off any VPN if you're using one, try using an incognito window or a different browser or computer to check if the issue remains. Sometimes browser extensions, especially those for security, can cause these problems. Disable any cookie blockers and connect to a different network if possible [source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7996670-chatgpt-says-something-went-wrong)].

  4. Check OpenAI's status: Please check OpenAI's status page (https://status.openai.com/) to see if there are any known issues that might be affecting file uploads.
