Bug Report: Scaling chat window horizontally causes Enter to add new line, instead of sending chat as intended.
`Steps to Reproduce`

On PC: open chatgpt in a chromium browser > shrink the window by scaling horizontally until the sidebar history disappears > now when chatting, pressing enter no longer sends messages, instead it makes a new line, as if you were pressing shift+enter

`Expected Result`

The expected result when shrinking the window horizontally, is to send chats, by pressing enter, like normal.

`Actual Result`

When pressing enter to send a chat, a new line is created, as if shift+enter was pressed instead of enter. Causing the user to need to click the manual send button.

`Environment`

Windows, 22H2, Google Chrome Version 130.0.6723.59 (Official Build) (64-bit)
