When I start (or open) a new chat in ChatGPT Web App (mobile only), the chat becomes stuck in one position (the first message).

And no, rotating the phone vertically, clearing cache, starting a new chat (temp or perm), adding a file, or sending a new request doesn't fix this issue.
I would use the ChatGPT App, but I use iOS 15.8.3, and the minimum requirement is iOS 16.3. That means this bug impacts my usage of ChatGPT in my main mobile device.
It could be because of my phone's settings, but I believe this is a website bug. The scrolling worked normally a month ago.
