im not sure if anyone else has this issue, but im using gpt for teams (plus version) and i have a few accounts with the company. if it was happening on just one account, i would assume someone is being funny and deleting all the chats on purpose.
however its been happening on every account.
you can be peacefully talking to ChatGPT and then suddenly your chat is deleted. you usually get to talk tor an hour (two or more if youre lucky) and then it gets deleted.
i thought people were deleting chats so i stayed up from 12am - 6am to check if the chats still got deleted (because i doubt people would be awake using chatgpt) and it still gets deleted.
on the phone (ios) , your entire chat poofs.
on desktop, you send a message and you get an error, showing you that your chat is deleted.
its been happening for a few days now and what i thought was a cheeky person deleting chats, is now turning into something which i hope is a fixable bug.
im not sure if anyone else has this issue, but i do hope im not the only one.
and if im not the only one, i do want some reassurance that everything will go back to normal soon.
