Debugging performed : as part of our daily quality assurance process for our custom GPT (VingeGPT) that is published in the OpenAI Store we are observing since this morning incompletion of API calls in Mozilla Firefox specifically. As always we first started reloading the chat, new chat, closing the browser, etc but the problem remains. We went then to the mobile app on iPhone, the MacOS app and also Safari on MacOS and the API calls work perfectly well. We also tested through the cURL calls in https to check that the issue is not on our AWS backend. We tested on a second machine that has Mozilla Firefox and observing the exact same behaviour. So the problem appears clearly isolated on Mozilla Firefox. would appreciate your support and feedback please ? we checked on status.openai.com and do not see any incident open. thanks
