I can not find the daily limit image usage for DALL-E for plus accounts, neither the time of day when the limit will reset. It should be more transparent and the info should be displayed somewhere in user account usages or something.

There's no hourly cap.. but there is a "Current" cap based on how many users are using and generating. So after making anywhere from 10-20, if the system usage is high, it will tell you to wait 1-15 minutes. (You are generating images too quickly. Due to system ... blah blah please wait 4 minutes before trying again).

I believe the Daily cap though, is 200 before it tells you to wait till tomorrow.
