#App not responding after attempting to add voice

Not sure where the problem started but sure was after I clicked to "set up" the voice feature. It started doing it, but went idle in the select voice part. After that, wont complete that setup and chat is non responsive to any prompts. I uninstalled and reinstalled and opp still in same status of non reponsiveness.
