#neither old nor new voice mode works with custom gpts data

Neither under the old nor the new voice modes. Will see data uploaded to a custom GPT. I have a GPT for studying for the CompTIA Security Plus certification so I gave it a PDF of objectives and formerly the voice would be able to get the data but now it cannot. Typing text to the custom GPT still works, but the voice doesn't have access to the PDF data. Ideally we could get the data with the old or new voice models.

I've encountered an issue with the standard voice function while using Custom GPTs in the ChatGPT app on iOS 18 (on both phone and iPad). The standard voice feature was working fine in Custom GPT conversations earlier today. However, now, after I provide a voice input, the system hangs and does not respond with voice output. When I close the voice interface, I can see that my input has been transcribed and the GPT has responded in text, but there is no audio playback.

This issue appears to be isolated to Custom GPTs, as the standard voice feature works perfectly in regular GPT conversations. The problem seems to have occurred suddenly today, despite everything functioning properly earlier.

Another user I’m working with has also reported the same issue.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a Custom GPT conversation in the ChatGPT app on iOS 18 (on either phone or iPad).
Use voice input to interact with the Custom GPT using the standard voice function.
Wait for the system to respond.
Expected result:

The GPT should respond with voice output after hearing my input using the standard voice feature.

Actual result:

The system hangs after hearing my voice input. When I close the voice interface, I can see the response in the text window, but no audio playback is heard.

The issue is specific to Custom GPTs. The standard voice function was working earlier today, and it continues to work in regular GPT conversations.
