Steps to reproduce:

I'm trying to write a GPT, but I can't save it and I get this error message "GPT instructions cannot be longer than 8000 characters."
I have 5000 characters in my text, so there's definitely a problem somewhere.
I even had ChatGPT count for me to be sure...

Expected result:
Save the draft

Actual result:
Can't save the draft
