Based on the information provided in the knowledge sources, there is currently no way to increase the weekly usage limit for the o1-preview model on ChatGPT Plus subscriptions. The limit is set at 30 messages per week for o1-preview and 50 messages per week for o1-mini. These limits reset every seven days after you send your first message source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9824962-openai-o1-preview-and-o1-mini-usage-limits-on-chatgpt-and-the-api#h_0151d07654).
Please note that these limits are introduced because the o1 series is more computationally intensive than other models source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9855712-openai-o1-models-faq-chatgpt-enterprise-and-edu#h_efc6e936f1).
For API usage, only Usage Tier 5 API accounts have access to o1-preview and o1-mini API models, and they are subject to a 20 requests per minute rate limit source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/9824962-openai-o1-preview-and-o1-mini-usage-limits-on-chatgpt-and-the-api#h_0944b89caf).
