Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to ChatGPT. 2. In the top right corner of the page, click on your profile icon. 3. Click Settings. 4. Click the Data Controls menu. 5. Under Export Data, click Export. 6. In the confirmation screen, click Confirm export. 7. You should receive an email with your data.
Expected result:
Expected email notification that data is ready to be downloaded and with a link to do so

No email ever came
