Further information : Our custom GPT that is published on the OpenAI store is not "searching" in its knowledge files. the API calls work well to our backend but for general questions, it does not retrieve any answers from its knowledge files uploaded to the custom GPT. We have given very specific instructions in the general instructions and it does not show "searching my knowledge" when we submit a question. After the general reply we instruct in the conversation to search for the answer in the knowledge files and it finds the information.
