#ChatGPT Not Working Properly

Hi,

I have been struggling with this for a few weeks - initially the website stopped working on my chrome, it would give an error every time I put in something and I had to keep clicking "regenerate" until it worked. I started using the App more both on my Macbook and my Iphone! Now, my chats keep disappearing - even when I'm in the middle of writing the a message. The chat i'm using disappears and i cant find it in the search bar either - it eventually comes back, i use for maybe 5 messages max and it disappears again. This is happening to multiple of my chats, and this is not a GPT that i'm using.. It's just chatgpt4 and/or chatgpt4.o
i engineer prompts myself. Please help me, this is frutrating!
