I’ve been experiencing a major issue with my ChatGPT Plus account for over 10 days, and I’m looking for a solution.
Issue:
Every time I start a conversation, I get the message "Hmm... something seems to have gone wrong," and a 404 error shows up in the browser console.
My conversations don’t get titles; they all appear as "New chat."
The settings page shows "An error occurred while fetching settings."
I also see 500 errors in the console related to the conversation API.
Strangely, my free account works fine without any issues, but my Plus account keeps failing.
What I’ve tried:
Clearing cache and cookies.
Switching browsers (Chrome, Edge) and trying incognito mode.
Testing different devices and networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data).
Flushing DNS cache.
Logging in and out multiple times.
None of this has resolved the problem. Since my free account doesn’t have these issues, it’s clear that the problem is specific to my Plus account.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
