#ChatGPT Chat History not loading and not syncing across devices

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open ChatGPT on the Browser (Windows PC and Mac), Android App (Huawei Mate 20 Pro), iPAD app and iOS App (iPhone 15 Pro Max)
  2. Navigate to the conversation history menu.
  3. Try to scroll past the first 10 conversations in the history.

Expected result:

  1. The app should allow continuous scrolling through the conversation history
  2. The chat history should be the same across all devices

Actual result:

  1. The conversation history loads random chats from the partial history.
  2. The chat history doesnt sync across devices and is different.

OS: Windows 10, MacOS Sonoma 14.5, Apple iPadOS 17.6.1, Apple iOS 17.6.1, Huawei EMUI 12.0.0.142
