Sometimes it just doesn't say anything. This has happened In both Android app and Google Chrome. Hitting regenerate works but it still eats the 4.0 credits since I don't have premium

Both have happened to me. The longer ones have been fixed for me at least and the right away no text is just randomly generated sometimes

Happening to me today as well. Not getting an 'empty' response per se, but it's taking a real long time to load sometimes.
My responses have been subpar this evening which is disappointing because I was just getting the hang of 4o for productivity
