I am experiencing an issue where my GPT-4 usage limit is being exhausted much faster than advertised. According to the promotional material, the Plus plan allows for up to 80 messages every 3 hours. However, I reached my limit within 3 hours after using only 51 messages.

Plan: ChatGPT Plus
Duration of Plan: Over 1 year
Issue: Limit reached after 51 messages within a 3-hour window
Expected Behavior: Ability to send up to 80 messages every 3 hours

Steps to Reproduce:

Use GPT-4o (Omni) with the Plus plan.
Send 51 messages within a 3-hour period.
Observe that the usage limit is exhausted.
