MacOS App responses from GPT-4o disappear in the the client and are not synced with the website

The last 5-10 or so messages disappeared mid-conversation with GPT-4o. I could see my prompts, but the responses were gone. I restarted the app, and now my prompts and their responses are gone. This is not a custom GPT or anything like that, just a text-only standard 4o style chat.
