Review banner disappearing and still hiding chat

I am using Code Tutor assistant and every time the review appears, it instantly disappears but still hides a part of my chat.
The only way to bypass it is to refresh the page but since the review pops up every 2 messages, it is really annoying.

Steps to reproduce

Just use ChatGPT

** Expected result:**

The bottom part of my chat shouldn't be hidden by a "ghost" banner

Actual result:

As you can see in the image, a part of my chat is hidden

Additional information

Browser : Chrome
The only way to pass by this is to refresh the page but since the pop up comes every 2/3 messages, I need to refresh all the time.
Even thought we can't see it on this image, I know it is a review banner because by the time it pops I can see the 5 stars + a message.

Additional information

When I have to choose between 2 answers, I can't select the longest answer since the button is covered. Then I need to reload and GPT will automatically choose one of them, thus removing a potential answer I would like to keep.
