#memory gpt’s

were you able to find the answer?
I think you can add information in the 'Instructions' part and GPT will remember it
but it has a data limit
The only best way to do this is with txt-files as memory.
And you can ask your custom-gpt to create it after each session.
It cannot save those files where they belong, you have to do that manually.
With questions like: what have you learned from me (and about yourself) in this session?
But indeed, keep only relevant things in it, because even while you can put as much as you want in such files ...it can only remember as much as its working-memory allows, and drops older memories to be able to add new when memory is full.
By the way, in a longer session it can lose track of it's txt-memory instructions,
then just ask 'read your txt-memory-files again'.
About the Memory no the don’t have but you can ask Builder GPT to add it custom memory
