An AI-generated sitcom in which the characters are individual countries living out historical events. I hoped to get it to read the live-stream chat, but YouTube banned me twice while trying to do that, so I gave up and had it pick random characters to write stories about and repeat ad nauseam.

I'm a history buff, so watching with a drink is fun but could be more educational. It has 117 characters, but most have some history with America and Britain, so you'll see those two quite a bit. I've done this before with 3D characters (check out my channel for more footage), but I wanted to focus 100% on the AI interactions and achieve a constant and coherent stream of dialogue.

APIs Used: RageThePixel's OpenAI Package, GPT-4o & GPT-4o-mini, Google TTS for cost-efficiency.

Prompting Technique:
The code picks a random country from a list, using a template to describe a scenario that that country is in. The first pass uses CoT to match the scenario and describe an event in that country's history. It then describes the belligerents as characters in a sitcom and describes the conflict and resolution. The second pass uses prompt chaining to transform the generated output into dialogue, and a third pass assigns facial expressions to the characters for each line of dialogue.
