Keep app on top is no longer an option

The prior release had an option to keeo the application on top. This option is gone from the app now. While the "Companion" chat will remain on top, it has several issues as well. I use ChatGPT with VS Code a lot. Since the Keep ChatGPT on top option is no longer in the configuration, when VS Code has focus and is on top, I must cycle through my windows to gring the ChatGPT app back to the foreground. I usually have it resized and located on top of where Copilot is.

While the "Companion Chat" remains on top, it is not a "real" application window and ia some sort of dialog box who's attributes have it remain on top. This would be fine, except I happen to use Vi and the Vim extensions in VS Code and on my desktop, "Escape" is used a lot in these, when Focus has not been taken away completely from the "Companion Chat" pressing escape dismisses the dialog box.

To add further annoyance, sometimes when typing in the Message ChatGPT box, I reflexively press escape before repositioning the cursor in a prompt I am entering. This also dismisses the dialog box.

Theer are several ways to solve this, but the best I can think of is bring back the "Keep ChatGPT on top" option. No more than one Companion Chat can be opened anyway, and it's nota "real" window, so in addition to the pressing escape issue, it does not respond to custom keyboard mappings as it is not a "Real" window.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open up the "Companion Chat"
  2. Press escape

Expected result:

Window should not disappear.

Actual result:

Window is "canceled"
