Issue with the OpenAI API | OpenAI | Page 1

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with the OpenAI API and could use some help. Despite having no recorded usage on my account (as you can see in the attached screenshot), I'm receiving a "quota exceeded" error whenever I try to use the API with my Discord bot.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

I’ve verified that the API key I’m using is active and correct.
I even generated a new API key and updated my bot to use it.
The usage dashboard shows $0.00 usage for the current month, but I’m still getting the quota error.
I also tried running a simple API request outside of the bot, and I’m getting the same error.

Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
