I don't understand how this cutting edge company/research firm doesn't even have basic real human customer technical and billing support. I have been a GPT+ subscriber since the beginning of the year or longer, and the "support" bot is absolutely terrible with it's limited options, and lack or access to real human technical and billing support.

Now I can't even change my billing method, and there is no way to actully talk, text, email, or interact in any way with a real human about this, and the bot is not helpful at all. I really don't understand how this can be?
