#chatgpt has been un usable for several weeks !!

When is someone going to do something about this?
First, we get several days where ChatGPT is blocking every other or every second message with a "prove you're human" prompt. Then, a few days later after launching GPT-4 Mini, ChatGPT becomes almost un-usable and hard to get into (No, it's not acceptable; we need to clear all cookies to get in every time you open a new tab or browser). And now, for the last two days, clearing cookies doesn't even work!!!! Meaning chatgpt is completely unusable. What are we paying for ?
Is it time to ditch openai and move to claude ? I've been a massive openai the last 2 years, but this is to much ...

Just tested signing up with an email not using google login that works
So in a profile in chrome i have with a different gmail account i also tried signing up ... this works !!!!!
So i sign out and signed in with my "real" gmail account in the same browser/profile and it's hangs and i cannot get in 😦
While it was pending I saw this in console ... made me laugh so hard .... guess there are problems they cannot solve

I've reported the two issues using the support chat
Neither has taken this serius or given any meaning full answer, just copy and pasted nonsens.

So i lost it and asked how i can get access to my last invoice ( they took money 2 days ago ) and how i can cancel a subscrition when i cannot access the website
maybe 10 minutes later i receive my last invoice by email and in chat they confirm they have canceled my subscription

I mean ... That was some class A support. Nice quick and good response, but come on ... I wanted a working solution, where was that prima support when i had real issues ?
Oh well, I will see if i can find an alternative, and in the mean time use open webui with a mix of local models with openai API's ....
