Does anybody know why you have to clear the browser's cache every single time I open it to even be able to use ChatGPT? It's the same on many browsers. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Canary. After logging in the first time the next time I try to open it, the page just spins and spins saying the page is unavailable. I reached out to their help over 4 days ago, and still no response.

I have tired contacting support for a week and never get a response.
ChatGPT shared link: I can't even get logged in.
Steps to reproduce:
ChatGPT will not load. I have to clear the browser's cache every single time I open it to even be able to get ChatGPT to load. It's the same on many browsers. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Canary. After logging in the first time the next time I try to open it, the page just spins and spins saying the page is unavailable. I reached out to help over 4 days ago, and still no response.
Expected result:
The product I pay for monthly will not load.
Actual result:
Nothing loads
Additional information
Browser: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Canary
OS: Windows
I have the same issue. I cannot access to my account from any browser, device, network
same
Same here. For days I haven't been able to connect from any browser, not even by clearing the cache or anything. I can use it from the Mac app, from the Android app, but not from the browser. I enabled 2FA not long ago, but I don't know if that's what it is, since I was able to connect once or twice with it enabled before it started happening. I don't know who to contact, I'm paying Plus and I can't use it normally.
EDIT: this works for me.
Type in the address bar:
chrome://flags/#enable-quic
Disable Experimental QUIC protocol
Restart chrome and try to login again
I cannot link the reference post sorry.

I have the same problem. Today it stopped working even after clearing cache. I cannot log in anymore (only works on Android or IOS)
