Can't login using google workspace account | OpenAI | Page 1

*Steps to reproduce:*
For the last 4 days i have been unable to login with my chatgpt plus account. After clicking the account in google it simply keeps loading. I have tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple locations but nothing works. Except for switching to a different account (not a workspace account & not a plus account). 1 of my colleagues has the same problem (sometimes), another colleague one doesn't.
I can't send a screenshot of an error message because it has been loading for litteral hours and nothing happens. It isn't redirecting, it's really just loading / waiting for a response.

Yesterday there was an incident which today has simply been deleted without an update on the issue...

Expected result:
To login

Actual result:
Infinite loading

Browser: Brave, Chrome, Firefox, Floorp
OS: Linux, Window

Still myself and my colleague are unable to get into chatgpt.com or chat.openai.com. Inifnite loading.

Mine is currently working, but my colleagues account is still broken. His account sometimes works for a few minutes and then breaks again and keeps loading infinitely

Yes they are. Mine just stopped working again and is now infinitly loading. How do you want to recieve the .har file? I don't think it is a safe to be sending the har file into a public discord chat when my cookies for openai are also stored in the har.

Also when i open up the .har file you only see 1 of the requests. The unfinished request (infinitly loading one) doesn't get stored into the .har.

I an opening chat.openai.com. The only request in the .har file is a permanent redirect to chatgpt.com. The request to chatgpt.com isn't in the .har

This worked for me on the main machine this morning. Started it up and straight away got the spin going… Then cleared cookies on OpenAI and ChatGPT… did this… As it has worked 5+ times now, I would love to see if anyone else can duplicate it.

finally get it working in chrome following by this
On another form post one workaround in Chrome that appears to fix the issue:

Type in the address bar:
chrome://flags/#enable-quic
Disable Experimental QUIC protocol
Restart chrome and try to login again
I cannot link the reference post sorry.

I haven’t tried with the experimental feature back on default. But with it disabled it’s still working.

I set the feature back to default, and it's working normally. It seems to be okay.

This is a different problem. If you get an error code your not infinitly loading. And if you are, have you tried the fix from above?

uninstall reinstall, force stop, restart my device, clear cache, delete data etc nothing works

If your problem doesn't get fixed with the disabling the experimental feature in chrome that it's not the same issue. It may be the same result, but its a different bug.

Personally I don't use it with Chrome on the contrary it works with Chrome but now I use the application is it the same thing?
