Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to sign in to ChatGPT on Chrome or Edge browser.
After signing in, attempt to access ChatGPT.

Expected result:

After signing in, ChatGPT should open and be accessible for use.

Actual result:

Unable to access ChatGPT after signing in. The page does not load or displays an error.

Additional information:

Browser: Chrome and Edge
OS: Windows 10, 64-bit

Issue started after a recent outage

Can access GPT-3.5 when not signed in

Able to access other models on Apple products via the app
