My account was recently deactivated by error, I got an email stating that it was as an error and it has since been reactivated. Since the reactivation I can no longer generate images even though I pay for the plus subscription.
Here is an example (note this is using 4o):
me: "generate an image of a duck"
GPT:
"I can't generate images directly, but I can help you find or describe images! Would you like some tips on finding duck images or perhaps a description of a duck?"
Oddly enough, if I ask via the mobile app I can generate from there, then if I continue the chat on the web it will generate images only in that chat.
