#is anyone constantly getting a “I’m sorry, I cannot assist with that” with every generation

Please note that I am getting this in each new chat that I created (mainly it is the second question of each chat is when it says “I’m sorry, I cannot assist with that”. It is starting to bug me a lot because this problem has not happened to me in the past, or is this just a one time occurrence?
