#can't login into macos app for over than month

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open ChatGPT.
2.Click on the CTA within ChatGPT to download the macOS app.
3.Download and install the app from the provided link.
4.Attempt to log in.

Later tries:

1.Reinstalled the app.
2.Cleared cookies.
3.Turned off safety settings.
4.Used Safari and Chrome.
5.Updated macOS.
6.Restarted the Mac.
7.Turned off automatic time change and set an incorrect time.
.8Turned back on automatic time change.
9.Changed the time server.
10.Contacted customer support on Discord and the OpenAI website.
11.Turned off private relay and turned it back on.
12.Turned off Wi-Fi privacy and turned it back on.

Expected result:

The user should be able to log in to the macOS app without issues.

Actual result:

The macOS app displays a message indicating: "Something went wrong. Please make sure your device's date and time are set properly. Check that your internet connection is stable, then restart the app and try again. (code:7176974E-7B0E-46D8-A357-048C05FE3485, API.DeviceCheckError, 2)"

ChatGPT Versions: 1.2024.152 - 1.2024.170

Please note that the problem has persisted for 5 weeks and there are similar unresolved issues reported in the OpenAI community.
