later tries I did reinastalled cleared cookies turned off safety used safari and chrome updated restarted mac and it didn't help I always update macos so I didn't used old macos turned off automatic time change to incorrect time turned it back changed time server turned back contacted customer support at discord contacted customer support at open ai web site they didn't solved problem there are also such topics at community open ai and nobody knows how to solve this

also turned off private relay turned it on turned off wifi privacy and got it back Open ChatGPT.
