#Broken ChatGPT account(?)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into the ChatGPT website/app

Expected result:

See multiple options available, such as the file upload button

Actual result:

Multiple settings missing regardless of platform and browser, most notably the file upload button is missing, clicking on the profile picture does not list "My GPTs" and the "Builder profile" settings tab is completely missing. Made a new account a couple of months ago to test this, but the result was the same, recently logged into it and all of the options are present and work, but only on this new account, the old account is still broken, GPT-4o works though. Interestingly i had the file upload button on my main account for a few days back when it released. I can also still upload files into a new conversation on android by selecting a picture in the gallery, and sharing it to the ChatGPT app.

Update: suddenly gained the speech settings tab and the "read aloud" option under ChatGPT's output, file uploading and other features still missing though.

Update (2): Contacted OpenAI support via their e-mail and got the issue resolved.
