This might not be a bug per se, but I do think it needs to be fixed. When requesting images in Vertical Format (as selected from the options), Dalle-3 persistently generates images that are presented in vertical format, but are actually just widescreen format images that are rotated 90 degrees to look vertical. Meaning the image is appearing in the vertical alignment as sideways across the screen. It makes no sense at all. I've spent hours working with it to try and get itself to correct the issue. I've spent more hours using my own prompts to try and stop it doing it, but nothing works! I created a thread in Dall e-help but have not had anyone answer.
It really is a daily source of frustration. If I could, almost all the images I generate would be in the vertical format, but I have given up trying. I've wasted too much time on it already. It should never happen, but it happens 98% of the time. Is this designed this way intentionally? If not please fix it.
