Error Message upon image upload | OpenAI | Page 1

When trying to upload an image it keeps giving me the "Hmmm somethings seems to have gone wrong". This will happen in the browser or in the App. Image files are the same as always, used to work all the time. Once an image is tryied to be uploaded it will break the chat and text will stop working as well.
