Hey! Seems to be working for me. Can you maybe check that DALL·E is enabled in the "Customize ChatGPT" section of your ChatGPT settings? Otherwise, have you tried testing with a very simple prompt like "Create an image of an apple" without the extra instructions you've shared in your examples? I'm just wondering if it's possible that the extra, non-image-prompt instructions are confusing the model somehow.

So, now I ask to first create something like a red and blue apple and then it creates the image and then I paste my long prompt and it does what I want. But even on the phone, even on the web, it's the same, even in gpt4o or in Dall-e the long prompts fails

I'm guessing that the extra info in your prompt starting with "Now make the image immediately..." is confusing it. DALL·E doesn't follow negative prompts (what not to do) very well, it's much better to just focus on positive prompts (what to do). Here's an example from your idea, along with the prompt I used:Side-by-side split image of two futuristic living rooms. Living room 1: Futuristic, minimalist, empty, and white with sleek furniture, smooth surfaces, and large windows showing a cityscape. Living room 2: Retro-futuristic, eclectic, inspired by 1860s Paris, filled with many personal belongings and decorations, including vintage furniture, ornate decor, and warm, inviting lighting.

Sorry for the delayed response... I pasted exactly your prompt in a fresh Dall-e and... No image created! I suspect now it's my profile prompt that might interfeer

I'm actually starting to go crazy. I just can't have it generate images... I tried deactivating my personalized profile, nothing does it. It keeps writing me the prompt but doesn't create image...

After you turned off custom instructions and memory, did you start a brand new chat or return to an existing one?

Can you try in a new GPT-4o chat, instead of a DALL·E chat? And maybe start the request with "Use DALL·E to create an image of this:"?

This wrote again the prompt but did the picture ultimately.

I see! It seems like there might still be some custom instructions or memory enabled that might be making it write the prompt like that. These would be the two places to double-check, if you haven't already:

1. https://chatgpt.com/#settings/Personalization - either turn memory off, or click Manage (see screenshot 1) and find any memory that might be making it do this.
2. Customize ChatGPT section - either delete any text, or turn off CI (I think you already did this at least, see screenshot 2).

😫 I deleted the personal profile and I tried again with your own generic prompt and it's still the same. It gives me back the prompt it's about to make but never makes the image. I tried in the app and also tried on the web. My profile seems cursed...

I've been kind of clicking everywhere I could find, but I'm not seeing what you mean. I do not find anything that looks like a history or something that has learned from me or something like this. Maybe I'm not looking at the good place. I know that GPT says that it updates its profile of me, but I just can't find where that might be.

If I look at your initial screenshot, you have the word personalization, but that doesn't exist in my menu.

Ahh I see. The memory feature hasn't rolled out to the EU or Korea yet I don't think. But, I see the VPN icon on your screenshot. Is it possible that you're sometimes connected via VPN to a region that has the memory feature? If so, it might be worth closing ChatGPT, re-connecting to that region, then seeing if you have any Personalization section where you can check to see if you have any interfering memories saved.

So I did log in to Canada and found back the personalization. I deleted my history of personalization and deactivated both I tried under VPN it worked once but then again text came back then I disconnected and went back without VPN on the app and I got the result you just see above.

Were you starting brand new chats for all of these attempts after making sure both Memory and Custom Instructions were disabled?
