Good afternoon, I would like to inform you of a bug that has been happening with my ChatGPT Android App since 04:38 in the morning on 06/15/2024 and yes, I have already done everything the help center informed me and I have already uninstalled and installed the application four times it returns to normal but as soon as the app turns off it stops working. The bugs that are happening are.

Among many others, I will send a video showing what happens. I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this error and how they can fix it. I am already frustrated for not being able to use the App correctly.
